China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC) has announced the subject review results of the third round lately. There are 47 subjects at the first level at Lanzhou University involved in the review, 6 of which ranks top 10 of the same kind, namely, compared with the same subject at other universities, pratacultural science at LZU ranks number one, ethnology ranks third, ecology ranks joint third, geography ranks joint fourth, atmospheric science ranks fifth, and nuclear science and technology ranks eighth.
In view of the various number of universities under each subject, the CDGDC also released the score of the subjects ranking in the top 30%. Two subjects at LZU ranks among the top 5%, including pratacultural science (1/20, the ranking/total number of the universities with the same subject, similarly hereinafter), ecology (3 * / 78; * refers to joint , similarly hereinafter); Seven subjects at LZU ranks among the top 20%, namely geography (4 * / 33), marxism theory (17 * / 121), mathematics (16 * / 102), biology (16 * / 100), chemistry (15 * / 82), ethnology (3/16), physics (17 * / 87); 2 subjects at LZU ranks among the top 30%, namely Chinese history (14 * / 58), public management (18 * / 60).
