On September 13th, President Zhou Xuhong met with Dr. Muhammad Ashraf, academician of Pakistan Academy of Sciences and Third World Academy of Sciences as well as the distinguished professor of University of Agriculture Faisalabad-Pakistan(UAF), and signed the Memorandum of Understanding with UAF.
