At the invitation of Prof. Allan Rosenbaum, the president of ASPA, Dean Guoxian Bao, Associate Dean Wensheng He and Associate Professor Xuejun Wang of LUSM attended the 2015 ASPA Annual Conference held in Chicago from March 5 to 8.
During the conference, they listened to the main session report and attended the round table conference of “State and local government: key issues of next ten years” and several other parallel session discussions. At the parallel session of “International Perspectives on Performance Measurement”, Associate Prof. Wang gave a report under the title of “The Construction of Government Performance Value Chain and Its Application in Performance Management” arising great interest among the attendees.
