Andrew Main Wilson, global president of AMBA, visits School of Management, LZU

On October 13th, Andrew Main Wilson, Global President of AMBA, visited Lanzhou University to get the picture about the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship work and the preparation of its re-certification of School of Management.

On that morning, on the forum held by School of Management, He Wen, associate dean of School of Management, introduced the development of School of Management to Mr.Wilson.Zhao Haiyan, deputy director of Professional Degree Education Center, presented the progress of professional degree program made after its international certification.  After  the introduction, Mr. Wilson said that he was deeply impressed by the remarkable achievements  made by School of Management  and showed great gratitude to  its active participation in their activities . Besides, he communicated with School of Management in terms of standard change of AMBA certification, the training of innovation and entrepreneurship skills and the development of EMBA and EDP program. Finally, Bao Guoxian, president of School of Management, gave an introduction to the present conditions and the blueprint of MBA in Nantong Base of School of Management. The two sides discussed about the cooperation between School of Management and high-level international universities with the help of AMBA.

After this visit, School of Management gained a deep understanding  of the newest certification standard of AMBA, and AMBA also knew more about Lanzhou University. In this way, it is conducive to the mutual exchanges  and cooperation in the future.
