The 24th session of the Cochrane Annual Conference was called in Seoul,South Korea, during Oct.23th to 27th. The theme of the annual conference is Challenges to evidence-based health care and Cochrane. 850 representatives from 54 countries and regions attended the conference. Prof. Yang Kehu, and Prof.Chen Yaolong from Evidence-based Medical Research Institute of Basic Medical of LZU, together with the teachers and students of our school, attended the conference.
This session of the annual conference was hosted by Cochrane cooperation website, undertook by Cochrane center in South Korea. the Evidence-based Medical Research Institute of Basic Medical contributed the most in regard to abstract collection during the conference, with 28 pieces in total being collected.
To further promote their development in China, Cochrane cooperation website planned to build sub-centers in China and Cochrane-China cooperation website jointly. LZU was the only university invited except PKU, BUCM and CUHK.
