The 18th China International Industry Fair(CIIF) was held in National Covention and Exhibition Center(Shanghai) from November 1st to 5th. This fair was hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade(CCPIT), the United Nations of Industry Development Organization and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. Lanzhou University was invited to this fair.
During the fair, the exhibitions of scientific achievements made by our university attracted audiences from home and abroad, drew the attention of people from all walks of life and were praised by the organizing committee. These exhibitions included cloud industry dusting system, research and application of intelligent family ecosystem based on voice interaction, active collagen peptides of plateau yak, construction technique of indoor vertical greening in the northwest region, oral liquid of Codonopsis pilosula, compound rubber additives of environmental-friendly nanosized attapulgite and its application in rubber. As a result, cloud industry dusting system, which was researched and developed by Wangbo, professor in the College of Earth and Environmental Sciences, LZU, won the first prize of the excellent exhibitions in the university exhibition zone of the 18th CIIF. Besides, Zhang Yuqi, director of Science Research department, LZU, won the advanced individual in the university exhibition zone of the 18th CIIF.
