The 1st enlarged meeting of editorial board on Prataculture Volume of Encyclopedia of China (3rd edition) was jointly held by The State Key Laboratory of Grassland Agro-ecosystem (SKLGAE) of LZU, School of Pastoral Agriculture Science and Technology in LZU, and Encyclopedia of China Publishing House (ECPH) in Beijing on May 23rd. The conference was presided by Nan Zhibiao, executive editor & academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and more than50 people attended the meeting including Ren Jizhou, chief editor & academician of CAE, principals of other branches of pratacultura science, and main editors.
Academician Nan briefly reported the processing of compiling work and introduced the members of editorial board. Academician Ren addressed a brief speech and then the related personnel from ECPH introduced the history and requirements of Encyclopedia of China. Besides, attendees discussed thoroughly and profoundly, living up to expectations. At last, Nan made a conclusion and proposed detailed work arrangements and requirements.
