Recently, the research result of the team led by Professor Jin Long from the School of Information Science and Engineering at Lanzhou University (LZU), entitled “Robust and Remote Center of Cyclic Motion Control for Redundant Robots with Partially Unknown Structure”, was included in the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), the top international conference in robotics.
The research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities of LZU, the Natural Science Foundation of Gansu Province, and the LZU Supercomputing Center with computing resources.
In recent years, the team has been committed to the research of learning and planning algorithms for robot systems, presided over the special research project co-hosted by the Chinese Institute of Electronics & Tencent Robotics X. and cooperated with Tencent Robotics X Laboratory to jointly cultivate graduate students in robotics, making important achievements in robot learning and planning.
It is reported that the ICRA conference includes papers covering 15 relevant research fields, such as multi-scenario robots, control and optimization, positioning and mapping, etc., brings together talents from top universities, scientific research institutions, and innovative enterprises all over the world to exchange the latest innovations and breakthroughs, and emphasizes the role of robotics and automation in addressing global challenges. 2024 ICRA will be held in Yokohama, Japan, from May 13 to 17, 2024.
