This thesis was titled with “Determinants of Teachers’ Attitude torward Microlecture: Evidence from Elementary and Secondary Schools in China”, which focused on the problems during the application of micro-class and researched the factors that caused the problems.

On the basis of existing Technology Acceptance Model 3(TAM3),"Diffusion of Innovation Theory and Model of Personal Computer Utilization (MPCU)" , this thesis established teachers’ influence factor model in the application of micro-class and conducted empirical research. The author, taking a few teachers from elementary and secondary school as research sample, set up Structural Equation Model(SEM) and employed AMOS, SPSS and other tools to analyze the data. The study showed that perceived usefulness has a significant positive correlation with behavior intention of teacher’s teaching in micro-class, and perceived usability has a significant positive correlation with work performance and perceived usefulness, while external support as well as computer self-efficacy has a significant  positive correlation with perceived usability. The model established by this thesis has illustrated 57.1% about the teachers’ behaviour intentions in micro-class. What’s more, this paper offered pieces of suggestions based on the above research.
