2017 National Martial Arts Routine Championship for College Student was held in Hunan University Of Humanities, Science And Technology in Loudi, Hunan Province from October 2 to October 8. Led by Prof. Li Shaocheng and coach Kan Wencong, LZU high-level martial arts team obtained 17 gold medals, 23 silver medals and 10 bronze medals.
LZU Male A Group won the first place in Male A team events, which marks a historical breakthrough in this year’s competition. Besides, Male B Grade won the third place in team events with Female A Grade and Female B Grade obtained the fourth and seventh place respectively. LZU gained Sportsmanship Award and Kan Wencong won Sportsmanship Award for best coach.
