LZUer Wu Zhaohua wins 2017 Chinese Wushu King of Kings Championship

From December 22 to 24, 2017 Chinese Wushu King of Kings Championship, jointly hosted  by Martial Arts Management Center, Sports General Administration of Sports of China, Sports Bureau of Jiangsu Province and People's Government of Taicang City, was held in Taicang City. On the afternoon of December 24, title of “Kings Championship” was born. Wu Zhaohua, 2017 undergraduate student of School of Management, Lanzhou University, won a title of Men’s Long Fist as well as Kings Championship.

Six members (3 undergraduates and 3 graduates) of The Wushu Team of LZU participated in the Kings Championship. Prof. Li Shaocheng of The Wushu Team of LZU acted as referee of the competition. Kan Wencong, World Champion, teacher of Department of LZU, and the only teacher among these six participants, Chang Zhizhao, World Champion and undergraduate of LZU, Wu Zhaohua, World Champion and 2017 undergraduate student of School of Management, Lanzhou University, Liu Zhaohe, Ju Wenxin and Lv Taidong, World Champion and graduates of LZU, participated in the competition.
