Mission: To innovate and develop integrative technologies for grassland restoration andprotection, pasture breeding and seed industrialization, grassland information systems, livestock industry development in the Loess Plateau, turf establishment and grassland ecosystems industry management.
Goal: To construct three bases and one centre, namely: the Scientific andTechnological Innovation Base; the Achievement Transformation Base; the Personnel Training Base and the International Exchange Centre.
