From May 25th to 27th , co-hosted by Science and Technology Development Center of the Ministry of Education, Guangdong Science and Technology Department, Guangdong Education Department, Guangdong Economic and Information Technology Commission and Huizhou people's government, the second China’s University Scientific and Technological Achievements Trade Fair was held in the convention and exhibition center of Huizhou, Guangdong province.
LZU well organized and participated in the trade fair with nearly one hundred achievements in various areas like smart equipment, petrochemical industry, precision medicine, new materials, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources displayed online. During the fair, we showed more than ten projects, including customizable deep water purification treatment process and high temperature and low smoke halogen - free flame retardant in roadshow and focused on the large-scale preparation of high quality graphene and its extended application, high frequency low power electrostatic induction transistor, codonopsis drink and oral liquid, and immobilized microorganism for treatment of chemical waste water in raw space. In the meanwhile, we actively promoted and spread the excellent scientific and technological achievements of LZU.
The team led by associate professor Chen Fengjuan, from School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, developed customizable deep water purification treatment process, which gained Excellent Project Presentation Award. The team led by associate professor Dou Wei, from School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, developed high temperature and low smoke halogen - free flame retardant, which won the Best Roadshow Award. Wang Qian, from Office of Science and Technology Administration, was honored as the Advanced Individual.
The Scientific and Technological Achievements Trade Fair, themed by Promoting the Deep Integration of Production and Study and Jointly Striving for the Innovative and Win-win Development, attracted 350 universities both at home and abroad with over 10,000 items to display and trade and was attended by nearly 3,000 enterprises to conduct cooperation on the combination of production, study and research.
