On May 15th, Lzu 18th “Campus Top Ten Singers” Final, which was co-hosted by Lzu student unionStudent Union and Lzu art groupArt Group and was co-organized by Lzu guitar amateur associationGuitar Amateur Association, was held on western track field in Yuzhong campus.
There were three segments in the final: two by two singing, competing for the top eleven, and top ten ranking. The beautiful voice created an enthusiastic atmosphere and won the applauses. The song Changing yourself with rhythm suited for the hot summer; the folk song Zebra, zebra told campus stories; Melting was an original song and the deep-feeling song Waiting moved the audience. The addition of band accompany and vocal harmony brought the audience totally new auditory enjoyment.
During the competition, Wechat interactive lottery activities and the join of guests also lit the atmosphere. With cheers and applauses, the audience sang with the singers, which showed the vigor of youth.
After the fierce competition, several students such as Chi Chao, Zhou Dao and Ma Ruoyun won the final and were awarded “Campus Top Ten Singers”. Luo Zhicheng was awarded the most popular singer.
It was reported that more than 200 undergraduates applied for the competition. And after the selection of preliminary and intermediary contests for nearly one month, 20 competitors entered the final to compete for the top ten seats in the end. More than 3000 teachers and students came to the field and watched the competition at that night.
