School of Management's team takes crown in 2017 China ACCA Simulative Job-seeking Contest

On July 14th, National finals of 2017 ACCA Simulative Job-seeking Contest hosted by ACCA (The Association of Charted Certified Accountants) has come to an end in Beijing. With excellent performance, LZU Mavericks team won the national championship. This team is composed of four undergraduates from School of Management: Cao Kun and Lilu, from 2014 ACCA class; Bi Jiayu and Xueqian, from 2015 ACCA class. Associate Prof. Jia Mingqi at the School of Management serves as their instructor.

"ACCA Simulative Job-seeking Contest" is geared to the students who major in ACCA at the university. By simulating job search process, it enables students to understand required abilities and skills when hunting jobs. Up to now, this competition has been held for more than fourteen years, renowned for its analog for business and social environment to enhance the employability of contestants. In addition, it aims to build a highly efficient and targeted employment guidance platform, thus receiving widespread praise among the students majoring in finance or economy at national universities and colleges.
