On October 22, Wu Zhaohua, an alumnus of Lanzhou University (LZU) and former member of the high-level Wushu team of LZU, won the gold medal of the men’s Daoshu and Gunshu all-round competition at the 2023 World Combat Games in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By far, LZU high-level Wushu team has cultivated 12 world champions and won 16 gold medals in world-class competitions.
