Recently, LZU Associated Professor Yu Fusheng’s team from The School of Nuclear Science and Technology published “CP asymmetries in charm decays into neutral kaons” on Physical Review Letters with LZU as the first unit. Such an outcome was achieved collectively by Mr. Yu’s team and Prof. Li Xiangnan from Academia Sinica (Taiwan), with Mr. Yu as the first correspondent author and LZU graduate student Wang Di as the first author.
The reviewer from PRL thought highly of the measuring method illustrated in the thesis by praising it as unprecedented. With such a method, a new CP-violation effect can be observed in CERN Large Hardron Collider b (LHCb) experiment and Japan Belle II experiment. The research was supported by China’s National Natural Science Foundation.
