Four Research Institutes of LZU selected into CTTI List

The 2017 Conference on  Chinese Think Tank Governance& Summit for Theory and Thoughts Dissemination, co-hosted by Nanjing University and Guang Ming Daily Press, was held in Beijing on December 20th, 2017. More than 700 experts and scholars participated in the Summit from think-tank management departments of central government, provinces and cities, source of Chinese Think Tank Index (CTTI), community of think tank research and field of thoughts and theories. Four research institutes, including Institute for Central Asian Studies of Lanzhou University, Center for Studies of Ethnic Minorities in North West China, Silk Road Economic Belt Construction Research Center, and Performance Management Research Center of Chinese Government, were selected into Chinese Think Tank Index (CTTI) source list.

The conference released 2017 Development Report of CTTI, the latest source think tank directory of CTTI, the phase II of constructional progress of CTTI, and related achievements of “Theory of Thoughts and Media Convergence Dissemination Project”. Besides, outstanding achievements of CTTI source were introduced at panel discussion. Those discussed at the Summit also included hot topics and dissemination trend of theory of thoughts in 2017 and some highlights and experiences of think tank’s management and building. So far, with  604 think tanks, 9,301 specialists, 56,800 pieces of achievements and 11,129 items of activity data, the CTTI system has had the basic qualification to analyze and judge those think tanks from society and universities.
