Hosted by Xinhuanet, the 8th Xinhua Education Forum was held in Beijing on November 30th. Assistant president of Xinhuanet Yao Yujiang, president of the Chinese Society of Education Zhong Binglin, vice director of the Department of Industrial Planning of State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Li Jianchen attended the forum. School of Online and Continuing Education of LZU won the honorary title of 2017 Most Influential Brand of Online School.
As the biggest educational activity hosted by Xinhuanet each year, Xinhua Education Forum has successfully hosted in the past eight years drawing fervent attention and support since it was held in 2010 for the first time, which has exerted extensive influence and appeal in the educational field. With the theme of “Change makes eternity with a fresh start”, this year’s forum attracted more than 500 people, including leaders from educational field, scholars, principals of middle and primary schools, presidents of universities, to discuss the new direction of the development of higher education, elementary education, international education and private school, and to promote the new reform of education jointly.
Sticking to the target of normative development and upgrading the talent cultivation, School of Online and Continuing Education of LZU has become a school with great social influence and has been widely recognized and praised by society.
