On the morning of Jan. 11th, 2018, Toktorov Egemberdi Samidinovich, Pres. of Osh National Institute of Law in Kyrgyzstan, visited LZU, together with Abytov Baibolot Kaparovich, vice-president responsible for science and international relations, Ergeshov Abdisatar Ysmanalievich, director of Office of IT and International Exchange and Usmanuv Tazhimat, director of Detective Lab of the Institute. He Deyan, assistant of LZU president met with them with accompany of Yu Shuyi, Dean of Law School of LZU, and principals of International Cooperative and Exchange.
He Deyan introduced to guests the history and basic conditions of LZU, and emphasized that LZU will rise up to the opportunities so as to establish itself as the first-rate university with world-class disciplines, and that one of steps to achieve this is to cultivate more high-rank talents in the field of law by extensive cooperation with the countries alongside the Silk Road as answering to the initiative of “One Belt and One Road”.
Toktorov Egemberdi introduced the basic realities of the Institute in departments and disciplines, and highlighted its distinctive research in the domain of anti-terrorism, international civil law and labor protection law, juvenile rights protection law, and the legal system against corruption and degeneration.
Yu Shuyi pointed out that the Law School of LZU at present is putting forward the study in the sphere of “B & R” international law system, law system of ecological safety and environment protection, juvenile rights protection and crime prevention, and expressed his hope of intensive cooperation with the other side.
Finally, the both sides exchanged their opinions and achieved consensus in student cultivation, teacher training, information sharing and other cooperative items, and in juvenile rights protection, anti-terrorism, and “Belt & Road” legal system and other professional subjects that they were interested in.
