To give full play to the leading, demonstrating and supporting role of science and technology innovation in the "One Belt and One Road" and constantly improve the international cooperation model in science and technology of "project-talent-base", Gansu Provincial Sci&Tech Department launched the work of identifying the International Sci&Tech Cooperation Base in Gansu Province in April of 2017. Through the appraisement of the experts, 35 units were honored as the Gansu Provincial International Sci&Tech Cooperation Base in 2017.
