LZU signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Qilianshan Mountain National Nature Reserve on the afternoon of April 14th.
Pei Wen, Secretary of Qilianshan Mountain National Nature Reserve, introduced the basic information on the institute, showed gratitude for LZU’s concern and support for it and hoped fruitful achievements for the cooperation between the two sides.
Fan Hui, deputy director-general of Department of Forestry of Gansu, noted that Gansu Qilianshan Mountain National Nature Reserve faced with demanding and complicated tasks in ecological protection and restoration, which need to be well dealt with in policy-making in accordance with the law, project as well as the scientific research to make achievements in ecological conservation.
LZU Pres. Yan Chunhua said that LZU would deepen cooperation with Qilianshan Mountain National Nature Reserve by integrating and optimizing the talents in research centers and institutes at local levels and do more in the ecological conservation and restoration and reforms in national park.
It is said that both sides would conduct comprehensive cooperation in talents recruitment and cultivation, scientific research, collaboration and consultation in field station and technology resource platform by carrying out Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implementing a series of the Party's policies on strengthening ecological conservation to promote relevant work concerningand the guidance of the Pilot Program on the Qilianshan National Park.
